BLANDY FARM/VIRGINIA ARBORETUM. Ride leaders are Chuck Hedges and Yvonne
Wheaton. November 14 with rain/snow date November 21. Ride out is at 1100AM.
This is a 5.5 mile walk trot ride. A faster group may be formed if there is
interest. Bring a chair and lunch for after the ride. Nice easy ride. Soft grass
with a few gravel road crossings.

DIRECTIONS: Blandy Farm is located in Berryville about 45 minutes from Leesburg.
Trailer parking is accessed off Route 50 between Upperville and Winchester. Do
NOT use the main entrance to the Arboretum. (1)Driving west on route 50, the
preferred route for trailers is: turn left at Red Gate Road (Route 624). Turn
right on Nelson Road (route 626). Turn right on Berrys Farm Road (route 628).
Turn right on Blandy Farm Lane to the Paddock on the right. (2) Driving east on
route 50, turn right on Route 624 and follow above directions.
From Leesburg: Take Route 7 West to Route 340 South at Berryville. Follow Route
340 and turn left onto Route 50 East at traffic light. Follow above directions.
From Rte 15: Turn onto Route 50 West at traffic light, continue west through
Upperville and follow above directions.
